Grand Rapids IBC is pleased to announce a significant expansion of our delivery service area. Effective immediately, we are offering scheduled delivery and pickup services for IBC totes to customers across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, and Wisconsin. This expansion allows us to better serve the growing number of businesses throughout the Midwest that rely on us for quality used and reconditioned intermediate bulk containers.
Our delivery fleet now includes dedicated flatbed trucks equipped for safe IBC transport, each capable of carrying up to 20 empty or 6 full containers per load. All deliveries are handled by our own trained drivers who understand proper IBC handling procedures.
New Delivery Zones and Pricing
We have organized our delivery area into three zones based on distance from our facility at 902 Scribner Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504. Zone 1 covers West Michigan within 50 miles of Grand Rapids. Zone 2 extends to 150 miles, covering most of Michigan and parts of northern Indiana. Zone 3 reaches 300 miles, encompassing the greater Midwest including Detroit, Chicago, Indianapolis, Cleveland, and Milwaukee.
- Zone 1 (0-50 miles): Free delivery on orders of 10 or more IBCs
- Zone 2 (50-150 miles): Free delivery on orders of 20 or more IBCs
- Zone 3 (150-300 miles): Competitive flat-rate pricing, free delivery on orders of 40 or more IBCs
- Pickup service: We also pick up used IBCs from your location at competitive rates
Scheduling and Lead Times
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your production timelines and receiving dock availability. Zone 1 deliveries can typically be scheduled within 2 to 3 business days. Zone 2 deliveries require 3 to 5 business days of lead time. Zone 3 deliveries are scheduled weekly on designated routes to maximize efficiency and keep costs down.
