Terms of Service
Last updated: October 29, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Grand Rapids IBC website (grandrapidsibc.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. A Referral Service
Grand Rapids IBC is a referral service only. We pass requests for used, reconditioned and new IBC totes and related services (cleaning, recycling, pickup and delivery) to partner suppliers in our network. We do not sell, inspect, clean or transport totes, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a supplier.
3. Partner Suppliers Set the Terms
Partner suppliers set their own prices, payment terms, availability, delivery, condition grades, warranties and return policies. Any quote comes from a supplier and is confirmed by that supplier before you buy or sell. Review the supplier's terms before you agree to them.
4. Your Submissions
Information you send through the quote form is shared with the 1DB lead platform and with partner suppliers so they can respond, as described in our privacy policy. You agree that what you send is accurate and that you may share it.
5. No Warranty
The website and its content are provided “as is” for general information. Product descriptions, guides and size information are general and may not fit your situation. We make no warranty about the site, its content, or any product or service a partner supplier provides. Check current regulations for your own use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Grand Rapids IBC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from products or services provided by partner suppliers or from your use of this website.
7. Intellectual Property
Content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, may not be copied or republished without permission.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. For questions about these terms, use the quote form and say so in the message box.
